Typical Fall Day

I'm not sure what our official temperature readings for today will be, but it was a typical fall day here in the front range. Our reading here at Euclid Place was a low of 41F and a high of 100F.

This afternoon was the Broncos home opener, yippee! Especially since I got to go to the game with my sweetie while Grannie Annie and Eric babysat. By halftime our seats were well shaded and nice breeze came up, making the game (which we won) quite enjoyable.

It was my mom's birthday today (Happy Birthday Mom!) and while she refused my offer to make her a cake, when we arrived to pick up FFM WE were presented with a tin full of cupcakes the two of them baked today in honor of her birthday. Yum.
